ACG completed the supply of 72.5 kV and 126 kV high-voltage bushings for a European manufacturer of power transformers.

The project covered the complete supply process, from technical and commercial coordination through equipment procurement and logistics to final delivery.

Supplying components for power transformer manufacturing requires close coordination between the equipment requirements, transformer design and delivery schedule. ACG supported the project throughout the supply cycle, providing a single point of coordination between the customer and the equipment manufacturer.

This project demonstrates ACG’s experience in supplying specialized high-voltage components for the European power equipment industry.

ACG, together with its Ukrainian partner HOROS LLC, is delivering two Battery Energy Storage System projects in Ukraine, each with a capacity of 6.4 MW / 20 MWh.

With a combined capacity of 12.8 MW / 40 MWh, the projects represent a comprehensive turnkey approach to energy storage infrastructure, bringing together technical development, equipment supply and project implementation within a coordinated delivery framework.

The scope includes engineering and design, development of technical connection requirements, equipment supply, logistics, site preparation, installation support, commissioning and putting the systems into operation.

Working together with HOROS LLC, ACG coordinates the projects from the technical and equipment stages through to final commissioning, providing an integrated approach to BESS project delivery in Ukraine.

From Contract to Final Delivery - ACG has completed the supply of 110 kV porcelain post insulators for power system applications in Eastern Europe.

The project covered the complete supply process, from the initial customer request and technical coordination to contract execution, equipment procurement, logistics and final delivery to the designated warehouse.

Throughout the project, ACG coordinated the commercial, technical and logistical stages to ensure that the required equipment was delivered in accordance with the agreed project requirements.

This project reflects our approach to equipment supply: one coordinated process from the first inquiry to final delivery.

The scope includes engineering and design, development of technical connection requirements, equipment supply, logistics, site preparation, installation support, commissioning and putting the systems into operation.

Supporting Ukraine’s High-Voltage Power Infrastructure

ACG completed the supply of porcelain insulators for a contractor working on a project for NEC Ukrenergo.

The project covered the complete supply cycle, including customer requirements coordination, equipment selection, contract execution, procurement and logistics through to final delivery.

By coordinating the technical and commercial stages within a single supply process, ACG ensured the required high-voltage equipment was delivered in line with the project requirements.

This project reflects ACG’s experience in supporting high-voltage transmission and substation projects with specialized equipment and coordinated supply solutions.

Reliable Insulation for High-Voltage Power Transmission. ACG completed the supply of 70–160 kN glass insulators for the construction of a 330 kV overhead transmission line.

The supply covered glass insulators with different mechanical strength ratings, selected according to the requirements of the transmission line project.

ACG coordinated the supply process from the initial technical and commercial requirements through contracting, procurement and logistics to final delivery.

The project demonstrates ACG’s experience in supplying specialized high-voltage equipment for the development and construction of power transmission infrastructure.

Supporting High-Voltage Transmission Infrastructure - ACG supplies transmission line hardware for overhead power lines from 35 kV to 330 kV, supporting the construction and modernization of power transmission infrastructure. The scope covers project-specific selection and supply of line hardware according to the technical requirements of the overhead transmission line.

ACG coordinates the complete supply process, from the initial inquiry and technical requirements through equipment selection, contracting and procurement to logistics and final delivery.

Our approach combines technical coordination with reliable project supply, providing customers with a single point of contact throughout the entire delivery process.

Supporting High-Voltage Equipment Manufacturing - ACG completed the supply of 110 kV, 150 kV and 330 kV porcelain insulators for a manufacturer of high-voltage bus supports used in electrical substations.

The supplied insulators are intended for integration into bus support equipment across multiple high-voltage classes, supporting the production of equipment for modern substation infrastructure.

ACG coordinated the supply process from the initial technical and commercial requirements through equipment selection, procurement and logistics to final delivery.

This project demonstrates our experience in supplying specialized high-voltage components for substation equipment manufacturers and power infrastructure applications.

A subcontracting agreement was signed with Horos LLC for the reconstruction of the “Zhytomyr 330 kV” substation.

Increased activity under the subcontract with Horos LLC for the performance of reconstruction work, including all construction work, installation of high-voltage equipment, and work on the process control system, including the installation and commissioning of relay protection

The subcontract with Chornomorenergospezmontazh LLC for the performance of the entire scope of work on the reconstruction of the “Kharkivska 330 kV” substation is currently in the accelerated implementation phase.

Work on commissioning the automated control system at the 330-kV “Sivash” substation is nearing completion. The project involves remote control of the substation using state-of-the-art technologies. The control system is based on MicroSCADA.
